Verified at the source
The law in your binders traces back to the official record.
Pulled from the legislature
Statute text is pulled from the state's official legislative site wherever it can be read, and every section links to its official page. Each section is checked every week, so a repealed or amended section does not sit stale in a binder.
Citations checked
Every citation is checked against public case-law records. A citation not yet confirmed carries a visible mark until it is. Pattern jury instruction numbers are listed only when a published opinion confirms them.
Full opinions on the site
The complete court opinion is held on the site, not an outside link that breaks, each with its holding in plain English and how the prosecution uses it.
Approved by your office
Nothing reaches your attorneys until your Approvers sign off.
The binders arrive as a prepared starting point, built from public statutes, court rules and published opinions. It is a starting point, not legal advice. Your office's Approvers review and approve each binder before anyone in your office can open it, so what your prosecutors rely on is what your office has approved.
- Prepared content arrives hidden from your attorneys
- Approvers review each binder on their own schedule
- Only approved binders become visible to attorneys
- Your Editors keep your own documents current
- Every action is recorded in your office's tamper-evident audit log
Tamper-evident audit log
Every action is recorded, and no one can quietly change the record.
Your office's audit log records who did what, and when: every approval, every edit with its old and new value, every sign-in, invitation and change of access, and the library's own updates. Each record is sealed with a cryptographic signature the moment it is written and chained to the record before it. If anyone changes or removes a record afterward, the break shows the next time an Administrator verifies the log.
- Date, time and author on every record
- Each change shows the field, its old value and its new value
- Each record sealed and chained to the one before it
- One-click verification by your Administrators
- Download the log for your own records
What the site holds
Published law and your office's own documents, nothing more.
The library holds no personal information about a case unless the state has already made it public in a published opinion. Alongside the public law sit your office's own working documents.
Public record only
The case material is drawn from opinions the courts have already published. No sealed, confidential or non-public case information is stored.
Access by role and profile
Your office decides who can read, edit, approve and administer. Each person sees only the binders in their assigned profile, over encrypted connections.
Your office's space is yours
The documents, folders and motions your office adds or changes are stored for your office alone and seen only by your people, under the roles you set. No other office can see them.
Have your team review it for themselves.
Request an account and your Approvers can open the binders, check the content and decide what your office stands behind.
